This painting has been super popular amongst the prints that I offer. It’s called ‘Let’s Dance’. I based it on the laid back lifestyle of the 70’ and 80’s beach and surf culture.
This painting came out of nowhere. I remember looking at a blank canvas and listening to an 80’s mix of songs. David Bowie’s ‘Let’s Dance’ came up and this pic came into my head. Then I transferred it to the canvas. Music has always been an integral part of my art. As well as my childhood growing up through the 70’s and 80’s in Australia.
